Jefferson Middle School Academy strives to be the best middle school in D.C. for all students, having produced significant increases in ELA and Math proficiency on PARCC. The school implements Blended Learning to personalize instruction, offers Interscholastic Sports for physical activity and teamwork, and utilizes a Restorative Justice Program to build a supportive community. Beyond core academics, students have opportunities in enrichment programs such as Project Lead the Way, Music, Dance, and We The Girls. The school day runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., and uniforms are required. Families should note lottery priority is given to Sibling Attending and Sibling Offered.
