Job Details:

To coordinate communications among all service center staff and efficiently perform office duties as required by the Area Director.

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (ex: G.E.D.)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Ability to type with accuracy a minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Strong computer skills; knowledge of Windows and Excel
  • Organizational skills as needed for filing
  • Exceptional communications, public relations and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications subject to change at the discretion of the Executive Director of Transportation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish a plus
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
