Job Details:
To achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates. Direct and manage the district recruitment program to ensure the recruitment of qualified personnel. Implement the district application and screening process and ensure that the district is represented as an attractive employer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of excel spreadsheet preparation and working with a database, must be able to be able to import information from a database into a spreadsheet.
